How do I pay my fees?
All entry fees must be paid in CASH ONLY. [NO EXCEPTIONS] Flying
DX will pay back cash in all events.
Is there a rule book?
Yes, Flying DX Rodeo Series rules are based off of the
National High School Rodeo Association Rule Book & the Wrangler
Junior High School Rodeo Association Rule Book.

Is there a membership fee?
Events are open to anyone, but you must be a member to receive
points. By paying the membership fee, we will keep track of
your points for year-end awards. Points will not count until
membership has been paid. This must be paid for at the first rodeo
if you want the first rodeo's points to count.
Membership fees are
$20.00 for 1; $30.00 for 2; $40.00 for 3; $50.00 for a family of 4

What age group does my child qualify for?
Class is determined by the grade you are in as of August 2007
Will all participants receive awards?
To receive year-end awards, you must have competed in 5 rodeos (5
days), plus both days at the finals. You must be a member to receive
year-end awards, and must turn in sponsorship money by August 10th, 2008. Sponsorship

What do I need to bring to the rodeo for my child to participate?
Copy of grade card (to verify age group)

What kind of awards are given out?
We guarantee a saddle for All Around Champion in each age group/ for each
top girl
and boy divisions.
What is the order of events?
Bull riding, Jr. Bull riding, Steer Riding, Sheep Riding,
Chute Dogging, Pole Bending, Dummying Roping, Barrel Racing, Flag Race, Goat Tying,
Breakaway, Tie Down Calf Roping, Ribbon Roping, Team Roping, Steer Stopping.
What is the requirements for attire?
Western attire is required for rodeo competitors. Long sleeved,
collared shirts, hats & boots. No ball caps allowed.
